On June 15-17, 2022 the first Staff Training Event tool place in Vilnius, Lithuania. The event was hosted by the project partner Kazimieras Simonavičius University (KSU) in Vilnius, Lithuania and was established to offer the members of the DDM4SME team then opportunity to learn more about blended learning and new didactical approaches.
Within the three days, experts from the field of didactics and teaching design from the University for Continuing Education Krems, came to the venue. The main goal was to improve ways of presenting content to future course participants and the planned blended learning design. The DDM4SME team member were introduced to new learning tools and were able to broaden their understanding of implementing digital means within in-person teaching methods.
The staff was happy to get these state-of-the-art insights into didactics and the future students will benefit from the training by tailored learning designs the team will implement into the Summer School 2022 and the final LL.M program.
